Returns + Refunds

Due to the nature of the items, we can't accept returns. However, we will always want to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. 

If you have received a damaged or broken item please email hello@valandcohome.com within 5 days of delivery with pictures of the defective item(s). Once received, we will mail you a replacement item.

Candles + Natural Variations

All of our products are handmade and hand poured using natural ingredients. Soy wax is bumpy after burns since it is natural, so there may be occasional variations in our products. These variations don't affect the product and are not considered defective or damaged. 

Changes in temperature may cause "wet spots" on candles. This is a term that is used to describe a spot on the candle jar that looks as if water has seeped in. This is natural when candles go through rapid changes in temperature (from a car to a humid mailbox, temperature changes due to weather, etc). These wet spots will not affect the performance or integrity of your candle.
